I believe every person has the divine right to spiritual sovereignty — the freedom to follow the heartbeat of their soul. My hope is to support that right in the world by sharing spiritual principles that help cultivate a consciousness of inner peace — not only when life is going well, but especially when it’s not.

I’ve been walking a spiritual path for as long as I can remember.
It began in childhood with my maternal grandmother—Momo—who introduced me to limpias or energy-cleansings of Mesoamerican tradition. Both of my grandmothers shaped my early reverence for angels, saints, and Our Lady of Guadalupe.

When I was eleven, my mother introduced me to a spiritual community called Unity Church. This was my first encounter with metaphysical and spiritual teachings: ancient wisdom drawn from many cultures, all centered around one simple truth—that divinity exists within every person, and our consciousness shapes the way we experience the world, both inwardly and outwardly.

Through that community, I discovered Cherokee practices—drumming circles, ceremony, and my first sweat lodge at thirteen. These early experiences expanded my mind and heart. So much so, that I began collecting and studying the works of spiritual teachers, healers, mystics, shamans, and philosophers from across cultures and eras. What I wanted, even then, was to feel the essence of life itself and know the Divine in the most honest, direct way.

But alongside that inner calling, I was growing up in a world that often felt disconnected—marked by anger, poverty, and the constant pressure to do more, be more, have more. I learned early how to navigate two realities: one shaped by external limitations, and another rooted in infinite possibility and deeper spiritual truth. Somewhere between those two worlds is where I found my path, and where I continue to walk today.

Now, my life is a blend of the practical and the spiritual. I work closely with elders and curanderas, open to the wisdom they share. As a business owner and entrepreneur, I balance my personal life as a wife and mother of two with my professional roles as a publication franchise owner, program director for Medicine Wheel Way—a nonprofit dedicated to creating sacred spaces for Indigenous ceremony, celebration, and cultural preservation.

My work, whether in community, ceremony, or business, is committed to deepening my spiritual understanding and honoring the ancestral lineages that have shaped my path.
This understanding is what guides me in relation with others. I believe every person has the divine right to spiritual sovereignty — the freedom to follow the heartbeat of their soul. My hope is to support that right in the world by sharing spiritual principles that help cultivate a consciousness of inner peace — not only when life is going well, but especially when it’s not.
Perhaps in this way, we can bring a bit more compassion, clarity, and stillness into the world.
