about me.

My lineage is Coahuiltecan Nation, a tribal community that exists in Southeastern Texas and Northeastern Mexico.  I was born in Texas and first introduced to energy work through my maternal grandmother Momo, in the form of limpias, which are cleansings of MesoAmerican tradition.  I also grew to have great reverence for angels, saints, and Our Lady Guadelupe through my paternal grandmother Maria.

I began tapping into metaphysical and spiritual studies when I was around 11.  At 13, I attended my first sweat lodge in the Cherokee Tradition.

Today, I am proud to work with elders on the land of Medicine Wheel Way in Fairview, NC. Here we host a variety of ceremonies, include sweat lodges, cacao, and fire ceremonies so that all who join us can deepen their connection with the Earth and the beautiful blessings found in the movement of life.

My career for over a decade has been in the publishing industry, where I do everything from sales, marketing, networking, and facilitating events for local business owners to connect with one another and the local community.

Having grown up with opportunities to deepen my intuitive connection, I am able to integrate spiritual wisdoms into every day life, including business.  For many, this is a difficult thing to do because we live in a society that expects to just show up and do the job..

But this begs the question, "How good of job can I really do if my soul, love, attentiveness isn't in it?"

We are not separate pieces and should not conform to living life as such.

My mission is to offer space for self discovery and unfoldment on your journey, to assist you in navigating life in ways that promote love and joy, to cultivate stillness as a consciousness and know abundance as a divine right - regardless of what is happening in the world around you.

It is a joy and honor to walk with you in this way and I am thankful for every opportunity to do so.

The Five Laws of Stillness: A Rebel's Guide to Spiritual Unfoldment is a manifestation of over 25 years studying spiritual truths, offering a revolutionary perspective on stillness—not as the absence of movement, but as a distinctive consciousness essential to the soul's journey.

"Far beyond the absence of movement, stillness embodies a consciousness of peace, presence, and a balanced harmony between awaiting guidance and knowing when to move.  A gesture of mind, body, spirit connection that begins in the sacredness of our hearts, and has the power to transform the world."

LOVE for the five laws of stillness

LOVING the book

Just wanted to drop you a note and say thank you for this book. I am halfway through and I feel like it is exactly what I need at just the right time in my journey. I can’t wait to share this book with all my favorite people. You are a blessing, my friend!

K. Mobilia

This book does more than offer words of wisdom. It shows us how we can practice stillness while driving a car, at work with clients, and when facing financial challenges. The author’s rich spiritual upbringing speaks to people of every faith. I keep this book by my bedside to go back to even after it is finished because there is so much treasure in it to be discovered and embodied.

Tammy Baker

This is a book you will want to gift to your friends as well as keep a copy or two for yourself!

The author has written it in language that is easy to digest, with great explanations of concepts and personal contributions.

Interestingly enough, this book has brought many synchronicities into my awareness, blessing me with the knowledge that I am always supported and loved.

This book is a heart and mind opening experience. Allowing space to breathe and reflect. I find the truths spoken here to be powerfully inspiring. I treat this book as an ongoing work and a treat when I need respite. There are few writings that can allow encouragement for both. I look forward to her next books while treasuring this one.

Thank you Jessica
