You already know the answer.

The question is can you learn to trust yourself?

Across community, ceremony, and business, I'm guided by spirit, ancestral wisdom, nature, and the unseen threads that shape our becoming.

I'm less interested in fixing what's wrong and more devoted to cultivating presence, discernment, and inner steadiness - especially in seasons of uncertainty, grief, and transition.  This work is about remembering how to be in right relationship with yourself and the world around you.

With humility and care for the many experiences life brings, I offer support through coaching, workshops, speaking engagements, and ceremony.

These intentional settings are not about seeking answers outside of yourself, but about strengthening your intuitive relationship, awakening potential, and restoring trust in the wisdom that is already present within you.

Trust:  To place your confidence in.

Intuition: The ability to access universal wisdom.. A inner knowing that connects us to deeper understanding than what meets the eye.

Potential:  The inherent strength and power within waiting to be realized.

Inherent:  Already existing / A divine trait.

1-on-1 Coaching

Living a blissful life is not the outcome of following a spiritual to-do list, it is about tuning into the heartbeat of your soul and honoring your unique journey.  1-on-1 sessions are designed to create peace and abundance in your present your moment experiences, from running businesses while caring for small children to big life transitions.

Cacao Ceremony

My lineage is connected to this practice and I consider cacao to be sacred medicine.

I offer sessions working with Cacao, individually and in groups, opening hearts and minds.

Speaking Engagements

I offer keynote talks on the quiet mind and processes of stillness that meet the needs of the audience. Overall, the work I do is to inspire community, spiritual sovereignty, intuitive connection, and co-creation with a power greater than oneself.

Start the Journey Here...

The Five Laws of Stillness: A Rebel's Guide to Spiritual Unfoldment is a manifestation of over 25 years studying spiritual truths, offering a revolutionary perspective on stillness—not as the absence of movement, but as a distinctive consciousness essential to the soul's journey.

"Far beyond the absence of movement, stillness embodies a consciousness of peace, presence, and a balanced harmony between awaiting guidance and knowing when to move.  A gesture of mind, body, spirit connection that begins in the sacredness of our hearts, and has the power to transform the world."

LOVE for the five laws of stillness

LOVING the book

Just wanted to drop you a note and say thank you for this book. I am halfway through and I feel like it is exactly what I need at just the right time in my journey. I can’t wait to share this book with all my favorite people. You are a blessing, my friend!

K. Mobilia

This book does more than offer words of wisdom. It shows us how we can practice stillness while driving a car, at work with clients, and when facing financial challenges. The author’s rich spiritual upbringing speaks to people of every faith. I keep this book by my bedside to go back to even after it is finished because there is so much treasure in it to be discovered and embodied.

Tammy Baker

This is a book you will want to gift to your friends as well as keep a copy or two for yourself!

The author has written it in language that is easy to digest, with great explanations of concepts and personal contributions.

Interestingly enough, this book has brought many synchronicities into my awareness, blessing me with the knowledge that I am always supported and loved.

Catherine B.

This book is a heart and mind opening experience. Allowing space to breathe and reflect. I find the truths spoken here to be powerfully inspiring. I treat this book as an ongoing work and a treat when I need respite. There are few writings that can allow encouragement for both. I look forward to her next books while treasuring this one.

Thank you Jessica
