Cacao Medicine
I began working with cacao many years ago and have since considered her to be a big part of my spiritual practice. The connection I feel moves beyond the ceremony itself - it is ancestral. My lineage is connected to this practice and I consider cacao to be sacred medicine. Today I offer sessions working with Cacao individually and in groups designed to open hearts and minds to greater intuitive connection, strengthening the ability to tolerate the ebbs of life, and experience more moments of authentic joy.
Connect with Cacao
Connection begins with the purity of the cacao used. It is important to distinguish between cacao that is mass produced and what is authentically and prayerfully harvested. I only use hand harvested cacao from Guatemala. There is no machinery used in the processing of it , which keeps the powerful properties intact and entirely ceremonial.
Create Space
The beginning of each session consists of creating space mentally and spiritually, so that in working with cacao and the guardians of this medicine, we are able to receive insights with ease and know how to implement them in our lives.
Invite Visioning
During each ceremony, visioning work is facilitated. Visioning is a process different from visualization. Rather than calling in from the outside, we are allowing what already lies in the mineral of our bones to rise and be acknowledged. This practice is directly tied to your ancestral lineage, your potential, and the medicine you already carry inside of you.
